The story of Jumping Mouse, from the Native American tradition, is a compelling tale about the journey to acquire inner trust--the ability to trust the path of our own hearts. We travel along with Jumping Mouse as he is challenged by the stages and initiations one must face in order to trust within: paradox, ambiguity, betrayal, doubt, the leap of faith, the pull of consensus reality, and the subtleties of discernment. Juxtaposed with contemporary analogies and gentle teaching, the story guides us in our quest to learn when to, whether to, and to trust. As Jumping Mouse journeys to the Sacred Mountain-- the heart of his true self--and discovers that which gives his life meaning and purpose, we feel the reawakening of innocence and the birth of trust in the moment and in ourselves. And as he learns to totally trust the promptings of his heart, our spirits take flight and soar far beyond the pages of the book to the heart of our own truth.

Civilization has reached a critical threshold in time unlike any other. Whether life continues to evolve or devolve depends upon our ability to reach higher states of consciousness en masse. This requires calling upon the transformative power of the soul—a power not handed to us, but earned. We are living proof that the physical and spiritual realms of existence work together in unity. Yet for many of us our natural soul light and inner spiritual intuition are suppressed due to the distractions of day-to-day living and the electromagnetic pollution of our screen-filled technological world.

Carrie L'Esperance reveals how we can restore the flow of spiritual light in everyday living through the art of self-mastery. She explains how technology has severely reduced humanity's natural abilities and spiritual power. She shows how EMFs and wi-fi toast our energetic bodily systems and suppress our immune systems, blocking the ethereal frequencies of light and suppressing our creative intuition and higher powers. Detailing the spiritual bio-geometry of light and the holographic principle, she explores how the cells of our bodies receive light's deeper vibratory frequencies to support conscious evolution and soul development as well as explaining near-death and out-of-body experiences. She provides exercises and techniques for spiritual alignment and receptivity, including psychic cleansing, physical and emotional detox, chakra and aura strengthening, and oracular dreaming.

Preparing us for the new cosmology and the greater community of worlds that is being revealed, L'Esperance shows that when we are properly connected with our soul's intelligence and cultivate the reception of higher frequencies of consciousness, then we are able to soul breathe, to absorb more pranic energy, the electromagnetic force and cosmic radiation that is the sustaining element of all life and consciousness.

Carrie L'Esperance is an artist, writer, certified iridologist, and permaculture designer who offers workshops at a rustic retreat and nature preserve in northern California. The author of The Seasonal Detox Diet, she has spent more than 35 years studying the healing systems of the world's cultures. She lives in San Francisco.

Christian Wilde is back to discuss his research into new groundbreaking discoveries in the treatment of cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes, and much more. The cancer industry has now realized that our own body's  immune system is key to fighting cancer. Immunotherapy will revamp the cancer industry (short of cures) but as evidenced by the recovery of former president Jimmy Carter, this modality is being looked upon as critical in cancer treatment. We also discussed the use of chimeras (human/animal hybrids) in order to grow human organs that are not rejected by our immune system, its moral and medical implications.

Scientists Invent Oxygen Particle That If Injected, Allows You To Live Without Breathing

New Medical Discovery

A team of scientists at the Boston Children’s Hospital have invented what is being considered one the greatest medical breakthroughs in recent years. They have designed a microparticle that can be injected into a person’s bloodstream that can quickly oxygenate their blood. This will even work if the ability to breathe has been restricted, or even cut off entirely.

This finding has the potential to save millions of lives every year. The microparticles can keep an object alive for up to 30 min after respiratory failure. This is accomplished through an injection into the patients’ veins. Once injected, the microparticles can oxygenate the blood to near normal levels. This has countless potential uses as it allows life to continue when oxygen is needed but unavailable. For medical personnel, this is just enough time to avoid risking a heart attack or permanent brain injury when oxygen is restricted or cut off to patients.

Dr. John Kheir, who first began the study, works in the Boston Children’s Hospital Department of Cardiology. He found inspiration for the drug in 2006, when he was treating a girl in the ICU who had a severe case of pneumonia. At the time, the girl didn’t have a breathing tube, when at the time she suffered from a pulmonary hemorrhage. This means her lungs had begin to fill up with blood, and she finally went into cardiac arrest. It took doctors about 25 minutes to remove enough blood from her lungs to allow her to breath. Though, the girl’s brain was severely injured due to being deprived of oxygen for that long and she eventually died.

Microparticle Composition

The microparticles used are composed of oxygen gas pocketed in a layer of lipids. A Lipid is a natural molecule that can store energy and act as a part of a cell membrane, they can be made of many things such as wax, vitamins, phospholipids, and in this case fat is the lipid that stores the oxygen.

These microparticles are around two to four micrometers in length and carry about three to four times the oxygen content of our own red blood cells. In the past, researchers had a difficult time succeeding as prior tests caused gas embolism. This meant that the gas molecules would become stuck trying to squeeze through the capillaries. They corrected this issue by packaging them into small deformable particles rather ones where the structure was rigid.

A groundbreaking expose that tells the truth about soy that scientists know but that the soy industry has tried to suppress. Soy is not a health food, does not prevent disease and has not even been proven safe. Epidemiological, clinical and laboratory studies link soy to malnutrition, digestive problems, thyroid dysfunction, cognitive decline, reproductive disorders, even heart disease and cancer.

Dr. Daniel provides everything you ever wanted to know about soy and much, much more and will make you wonder just why our nation, our bodies and our children are not being properly protected. Soy is just one more example of risks to the public that far outweigh the greedy benefits derived by big business and politicians. It is another serious wake-up call.

The Whole Soy Story is a devastating and authoritative indictment of the safety of soy foods and a "must read" for consumers who are under the misconception that soy foods promote health. Convincingly argued and extensively supported by the medical and scientific literature, it exposes the misleading propaganda of the soy industry in promoting the supposed benefits of this inferior food.

She exposes soy for what it is, a substance that, when processed, packaged and marketed by unscrupulous companies--not to mention over-consumed by the public--becomes a harmone-disrupting drug capable of causing a host of health problems, including thyroid conditions.

In The Whole Soy Story, Kaayla Daniel dismantles the marketing mythology that sells soy as a health food, replacing it with the fascinating, well-researched and fully referenced truth about soy's very real health dangers.

Tonight, we'll take you on a journey that is likely to change your life and the way you look at the cannabis plant, your government, and Big Pharma.

You will relive one man's journey of rediscovering the cannabis plant's natural healing ability in cancer and other diseases. And what happened when he tried to alert the world that he just might have found the cure for cancer.

Having healed over 5,000 people using only cannabis extract medicine from plants grown in his yard, and processed on his back porch, Tonight's guest will outline his experience with both the patients he healed and the institutions which he attempted to educate. Needless to say, you will not hear tonight's discussion in Tonight's special guest is Rick Simpson, a retired power engineer who worked for 25 years in the medical system in Canada. After suffering a severe head injury in 1997 he took all the medications that the doctors prescribed, but their side effects did nothing but harm.

So in desperation, he turned to the use of cannabis extracts, which he produced himself and quickly found that he had discovered the greatest natural medicine on earth. After learning the truth about the amazing healing abilities of these extracts, he then went to everyone in authority to have its use recognised once more, but found that in reality those who control our lives, wanted to keep the truth hidden from public view. Having no where else to turn, he then made this knowledge public and since that time countless individuals world wide have used his information to cure or control illnesses for which our current medical systems have no solution.

Rick Simpson was giving the oil away for free, since he was growing plants in his own backyard, while he was still in Canada, until 2009, when the Royal Canadian Mounted Police did the final raid at his home. Rick was always talking about THC oil, and not CBD oil. The oil that he was giving away for free had a very high percentage of THC and it also contained low levels of CBD and other cannabinoids. Today these extracts are usually called RSO or Rick Simpson Oil and it was the previous leader of the hemp movement Jack Herer himself who coined this phrase. Since 2013 Rick no longer lives in Canada.

Rick Simpson put up the phoenixtears.ca website back in 2004 and he made the information people need to heal themselves free for all to use at no cost. Rick did not even try to patent the oil or the method he used to produce the oil, because he felt that this is knowledge everyone should have so they could learn how they can deal with their medical problems themselves, in a sensible harmless manner.

What if I told you there is a force found in nature that can provide you with a feeling of well-being, energize you, and let you sleep better, relieve your allergies, increase your ability to concentrate, and cheer you up? Sounds crazy, right? This force exists, but it's something that you cannot get from a bottle of prescription drugs. While the pharmaceutical industry certainly has a wide variety of pills to offer those afflicted with health conditions, the problem is that most of these options are expensive and associate it with potential he dangerous side effects. While millions, if not billions, of dollars have been spent in the marketing of these problematic options, it has been a simple, natural, low-cost remedy available that may be beneficial in the treatment of a handful of every day health issues-and with no Side effects. This form of therapy has been observed and studied for over 100 years, but chances are you have never heard of it. If you have heard of it, you may not think it works.

Is coffee good for you? Will sausages kill you? Should you avoid sugar, fat, salt, or all three? Booked your smear test yet? Checked your balls? Considering bariatric surgery? Are you taking statins like a good boy or girl? ... Or should you just ignore this relentless bombardment of medical advice and remember that no one gets out of life alive.

With the same brilliance and humour that bowled us over in "The Great Cholesterol Con", Dr Kendrick takes a scalpel to the world of medical research and dissects it for your inspection. He reveals the tricks that are played to make minute risk look enormous. How the drug trials are hyped, the data manipulated, the endless games that are played to scare us into doing what, in many cases, makes the most money. After reading this book you will know what to believe and what to ignore. You'll have a much greater understanding of the world of medical research. A world in crisis.

"It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of The New England Journal of Medicine." Dr. Marcia Angell.

B i o

Dr Kendrick graduated from medical school in Aberdeen and trained as a General Practitioner in Scotland. After ten years he split his time between General Practice and education. On the doctor side, Malcolm currently lives and works in Cheshire in General Practice, Intermediate Care and Out of Hours. On the education side, Malcolm set up the on- line educational system for the European Society of Cardiology, working with the European Commission and also set up the first website for the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) in the UK. Malcolm is an original member of the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine in Oxford and of The International Network of Cholesterol Sceptics (THINCS). The latter comprises a group of scientists, doctors and researchers who share the belief that cholesterol does not cause cardiovascular disease. This is the field of medicine for which Malcolm is best known. His long term interest in the epidemiology of cardiovascular disease has re- sulted in many publications in journals such as the BMJ, Medical Hypoth- eses, Pulse and PharmacoEconomics. His breadth and depth of expertise in this area led to his election to Who's Who in 2009. The Great Cholesterol Con was the book that firmly placed Malcolm on the world stage of the 'diet-cholesterol-heart' hypothesis and his army of followers are eagerly awaiting his next bout of wit and wisdom. Malcolm blogs at drmalcolmkendrick.org and lectures by invitation. Married with two children and two cats, Malcolm would like more people to challenge the status quo, and never just accept the party line.

When Eileen McKusick began offering sound therapy in her massage practice she soon discovered she could use tuning forks to locate and hear disturbances in the energy field, or biofield, that surrounded each of her clients. She found these energetic disturbances correlated with the emotional and physical traumas her clients had experienced throughout their lives. Passing the forks through these areas in the biofield not only corrected the distorted vibrational sounds she was hearing but also imparted consistent, predictable, and sometimes immediate relief from pain, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, depression, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, and a host of other complaints.

McKusick explains the complete practice of Sound Balancing and provides illustrations of her Biofield Anatomy Map. She details how to use tuning forks to find and clear pain and trauma stored in the biofield. She reveals how the traditional principles and locations of the chakras correspond directly with her biofield discoveries. Exploring the science behind Sound Balancing, she examines scientific research on the nature of sound and energy and explains how experiences of trauma produce "pathological oscillations" in the bio field, causing a breakdown of order, structure, and function in the body.

McKusick's guide to Sound Balancing provides new avenues of healing for energy workers, massage therapists, sound healers, and those looking to overcome chronic illness and release the traumas of their past.

B i o

Eileen Day McKusick is a researcher, writer, educator and practitioner who has been studying the effects of audible sound on the human body since 1996. She is the originator of Biofield Tuning (formerly called Sound Balancing), a unique therapeutic method utilizing tuning forks, founder of the Biofield Tuning Institute (Burlington VT) and the author of Tuning the Human Biofield: Healing with Vibrational Sound Therapy (Healing Arts Press, 2014).

Eileen has a Master's degree in Integrative Education, and is currently at work on a PhD in Integral Health with a focus on Biofield Science. Her extensive research and practice in the field of therapeutic sound spans both the academic and alternative realms.

She has trained and worked as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, sound healer and wellness educator, and has also had a successful parallel career in business. Eileen was the visionary and a founding partner of the landmark southern New England restaurant The Vanilla Bean Café, as well as the creator of popular Vermont specialty food product Mama's Special Kettle Corn.

Eileen combines her background in both wellness and business to form a practical, grounded, logic-based approach to understanding and explaining how and why sound works therapeutically. She maintains offices in Burlington Vermont and San Diego where she conducts sessions and trains students in Biofield Tuning; she also travels to teach and speak at conferences.

12 Things That Happen to Your Body if You Stop Drinking Diet Soda

A glass here or there won’t hurt you, but habitual intake of diet soda can affect your health. Curb your intake and potentially experience these benefits.

With your mouth ...

With your mouth ...

Diet soda may wear at your teeth, potentially causing cavities: When Australian researchers exposed extracted cavity-free molars to regular soda or diet soda, they saw erosion in both scenarios. This may be due to the soda’s acidic content—phosphoric acid is a common cola ingredient, whereas citric acid is a component of Sprite and other lemon- and lime-flavored sodas. Try these tips for healthy, white teeth.

With your pregnancy...

With your pregnancy...

Women who drank one or more diet sodas daily were significantly more likely to deliver preterm babies, per a preliminary Danish study. There was no link between regular soda intake and preterm birth.

More and more people who have been diagnosed with cancer or related illnesses embrace alternative medicines, and seek out holistic practitioners who use vitamins, herbs, nutrition, homeopathy, and acupuncture to treat the disease. Donald Yance is one of the nation's most respected herbalists and his work is a  major contribution to natural healing and cancer.

A certified nutritionist and master herbalist, Yance here touches on the very broad areas of herbs, natural healing, and cancer. While critical of the established medical community for its attitude toward natural healing, whose scientific basis he tries to explain with extensive references, he nevertheless combines conventional therapies with herbs, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle changes to achieve the best results. Yance covers many topics but not in enough depth to make this book useful for lay readers, except for the sample recipes and coverage of the natural ways to relieve the side effects of chemotherapy. The chapters on the chemical composition of herbs and supplements are more suitable for medical doctors, herbalists, and nutritionists. Recommended for specialized collections of herbal medicine.

B i o

Donnie Yance is a Clinical Master Herbalist and Certified Nutritionist renowned for his extraordinary knowledge and deep understanding of the healing properties of plants and nutrition. He is a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild and the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. This is a very comprehensive discussion about alternative health and wellness. Pharmacist Ben Fuchs realized quite early that the modern medical model is in place to treat, not cure. As a registered pharmacist he also came to the early realization that synthetic drugs were not the answer to the body's natural ability to heal. The modern medical model and its standards of care mainly cuts, poisons, and burns. When someone is suffering from stomach cramps, as an example, it is recommended by a medical doctor to remove the gallbladder or even the uterus. The high incidence of thyroid removal is another symptom of this problem. Instead, more emphasis should be placed in dietary changes and proper nutrition. Humans have roamed this planet for thousands of years and have developed an incredible immune system that can combat every major disease. Instead of blaming our bodies for sounding the alarm with headaches, pains, nausea, we should thank it for being the mechanism that tells us we are not treating it well. By paying attention and calming our nervous system (reducing stress) and removing fear from our lives, our body can regenerate. And we discussed much more, including solutions and diet.

Benjamin Fuchs is a registered pharmacist, nutritionist and cosmetic chemist has been compounding custom medication, formulating nutritional and skin care products and consulting with doctors and patients since graduating from the University Of Colorado School Of Pharmacy in 1986. Mr. Fuchs is an accomplished speaker and for the past 22 years has been lecturing nationwide on the importance of the strategic use of cosmetics and nutritional supplementation for healthy skin and bodies. Mr. Fuchs is recognized nationally for his work as the on-air pharmacist/nutritionist host of the "The Bright Side" radio program, and has been a guest on numerous alternative health radio programs. Benjamin Fuchs holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and BS in Pharmacy from the University of Colorado and has practiced as a Registered Pharmacist and Consulting Nutritionist for 26 years

How Low-Carb and Ketogenic Diets Boost Brain Health

Woman in Red With Apple On Her Head
Low-carb and ketogenic diets have many health benefits.

For example, it is well known that they can cause weight loss and help fight diabetes.

However, they are also beneficial for certain brain disorders.

This article explores how low-carb and ketogenic diets affect the brain.

What Are Low-Carb and Ketogenic Diets?

Although there is a lot of overlap between low-carb and ketogenic diets, there are also a few important differences.

Ketogenic diet:

  • Carbs are limited to 50 grams or less per day.
  • Protein is often restricted.
  • A major goal is to increase blood levels of ketones, molecules that can partly replace carbs as an energy source for the brain.

Low-carb diet:

  • Carbs can vary from 25–150 grams per day.
  • Protein is usually not restricted.
  • Ketones may or may not rise to high levels in the blood.
On a ketogenic diet, the brain is mainly fueled by ketones. These are produced in the liver when carb intake is very low.

On a standard low-carb diet, the brain will still be largely dependent on glucose, although it may burn more ketones than on a regular diet.

If she didn't know what the future would bring -- and who does? -- she felt anxious and afraid. This decades-long struggle followed her through college, marriage, parenthood, and a successful law career. While everything seemed fine from the outside, Allison was in a constant battle that was unwinnable, sapping her energy, attention, and spirit. Until the day she discovered The Gift of Maybe. Maybe is a simple yet powerful philosophy that has transformed Allison's life, and the life of her many clients (now that she has ditched her legal career and has become a successful life coach). The message is this: In the face of uncertainty, Maybe opens your mind and heart. It creates a little space for hope. It allows you to take a deep breath, stay in the present, and forge your own path. Many things in life are beyond our control, but the mindset of Maybe presents a simple, powerful way to stay connected to what's possible, and work to make it happen. It is just one change of perspective, but Maybe it changes everything!

After fifteen years of working as an attorney overwhelmed with anxiety about the future, Allison Carmen found hope and freedom when she discovered the Philosophy of Maybe. Today, Allison works as a life coach and business consultant with a vast array of people, from entrepreneurs and owners of multi-million dollar companies to artists, actors, writers, fashion designers, attorneys, medical workers, nannies, parents and the homeless. Over and over again, Allison has witnessed people find the courage, regardless of present circumstances, to step into the realm of Maybe and improve their lives. An active blogger and speaker, she lives in New York City with her husband and two daughters.

IBM Creates A Molecule That Could Destroy All Viruses

One macromolecule to rule them all, from Ebola to Zika and the flu

flu virus

Finding a cure for viruses like Ebola, Zika, or even the flu is a challenging task. Viruses are vastly different from one another, and even the same strain of a virus can mutate and change--that's why doctors give out a different flu vaccine each year. But a group of researchers at IBM and the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology in Singapore sought to understand what makes all viruses alike. Using that knowledge, they've come up with a macromolecule that may have the potential to treat multiple types of viruses and prevent them from infecting us. The work was published recently in the journal Macromolecules.

For their study, the researchers ignored the viruses’ RNA and DNA, which could be key areas to target, but because they change from virus to virus and also mutate, it’s very difficult to target them successfully.

Instead, the researchers focused on glycoproteins, which sit on the outside of all viruses and attach to cells in the body, allowing the viruses to do their dirty work by infecting cells and making us sick. Using that knowledge, the researchers created a macromolecule, which is basically one giant molecule made of smaller subunits. This macromolecule has key factors that are crucial in fighting viruses. First, it’s able to attract viruses towards itself using electrostatic charges. Once the virus is close, the macromolecule attaches to the virus and makes the virus unable to attach to healthy cells. Then it neutralizes the virus’ acidity levels, which makes it less able to replicate.

A few years ago, journalism professor McKay Jenkins went in for a routine medical exam. What doctors found was not routine at all: a tumor, the size of a navel orange, was lurking in his abdomen. When Jenkins returned to the hospital to have the tumor removed, he was visited by a couple of researchers with clipboards. They had some questions for him. Odd questions. How much exposure had he had to toxic chemicals and other contaminants? Asbestos dust? Vinyl chlorine? Pesticides? A million questions, all about seemingly obscure chemicals. Jenkins, an exercise nut and an enviro-conscious, organic-garden kind of guy, suddenly realized hea'd spent his life marinating in toxic stuff, from his wall-to-wall carpeting, to his dryer sheets, to his drinking water. And from the moment he left the hospital, he resolved to discover the truth about chemicals and the "healthy" levels of exposure we encounter each day as Americans.

Jenkins spent the next two years digging, exploring five frontiers of toxic exposure--the body, the home, the drinking water, the lawn, and the local box store--and asking how we allowed ourselves to get to this point. He soon learned that the giants of the chemical industry operate virtually unchecked, and a parent has almost no way of finding out what the toy her child is putting in his or her mouth is made of. Most important, though, Jenkins wanted to know what we can do to turn things around. Though toxins may be present in products we all use every day--from ant spray, perfume, and grass seed to shower curtains and, yes, baby shampoo--there are ways to lessen our exposure. ContamiNation is an eye-opening report from the front lines of consumer advocacy.

McKay Jenkins has been writing about people and the natural world for 30 years. He the author of ContamiNation (Avery, 2016, previously published by Random House as What's Gotten Into Us), which chronicles his investigation into the myriad synthetic chemicals we encounter in our daily lives, and the growing body of evidence about the harm these chemicals do to our bodies and the environment. Jenkins holds degrees from Amherst, Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism, and Princeton, where he received a PhD in English. A former staff writer for the Atlanta Constitution, he has also written for Outside, Orion, The New Republic, and many other publications. Jenkins is currently the Cornelius Tilghman Professor of English, Journalism and Environmental Humanities at the University of Delaware, where he has won the Excellence in Teaching Award.

Patrick McGean joins us to discuss how sulfur has become the forgotten nutrient. Could you have a sulfur deficiency? If you are not obtaining sulfur from your daily nutrition, you probably are. Sulfur is still missing from food, missing from the soil, and consequently, it's missing from our bodies. The incredible results you can obtain from sulfur are dependent on the quality of the sulfur and how much you take. And I'm proud to say that ever since I have been exposed to this information, early 2014, I have been taking sulfur every day and thousands of you have been buying it from gotsulfur.com. Tonight, we'll revisit all those benefits and the consequences of this important of this missing element. We also discussed a plethora of topics that you won't hear in the mainstream media. Topics you should be aware of if you want to experience life at its fullest and attain optimal health.

In 1999 Mr. Patrick McGean's son was diagnosed with germ cell testicular cancer. He had multiple surgeries, cisplatin chemotherapy and finally an auto globus stem cell transplant. Following the transplant his oncologists declared that the treatment was unsuccessful and that he had a 3% chance of survival for the next few years. The Live Blood Study was begun with this information and the introduction to sulfur was by accident. With an intimate knowledge of blood and the cardiovascular system from the 70s it made sense to establish a way to monitor the blood photographically in hopes of being able to visualize changes which could be used to monitor the health of the participants. The blood vessels of the conjunctiva and the blood cells contained within became the model and various form of microscopes were utilized to view the vessels and the blood. Following a great deal of on line research into sulfur and the cardiovascular system we realized that the cell matrix visible in the face could be a more valuable way to establish cellular regeneration from those too far away to be subjected to having a microscope stuck into their eyes.

Patrick McGean is the father of four. A graduate in Fine Arts from the U of U in 1969. A declared Conscientious Objector to the Vietnam War he served his alternative service at the U of U Medical Center. Starting in the OR as an orderly we was promoted to Assistant OR Manger then was hired as Division Coordinator and Chief Ophthalmic Technician for the Div. of Ophthalmology.

Retinal photography is photography of the vessels of the retina along with die studies of the profusion of these vessels. This study was remarkable when one considers that the retina is part of the whole body human, not just a part of the eye. All animals have but one cardiovascular system, one blood vessel which starts and ends at the heart which pumps the river of life.

In 1976 Mr. McGean was offered a "free ride" through medical school to which he said, "Why would I want to be like the doctors I have helped train?" From 1976 to 1999 Mr. McGean's involvement with medicine was limited to reading medical journals and other health related publication.

The Live Blood and Cellular Matrix Study. The reports from our Study members are anecdotal which is not an acceptable form of information for the scientific community while if the photos support cellular regeneration then the information is substantiated.

The Study has grown not only in numbers in the US but also world wide with this change in modality. The body human is reported to regenerate all of its cells every 7 years and we hope to visualize this regeneration with digital photos which can be "magnified" to demonstrate the cells and the matrix in which they work. The human face may be a more demonstrable area for the body than foot reflexology or even iridology being that all of the cervical nerves are active and both cranial and general vascular activity can be visualized.

Many of the clinicians with whom we collaborate are adopting digital face photography as an adjunct to their written histories. Billy Crystal lampooned Fernando Llamas saying it is more important to look beautiful than to feel healthy. How can we look beautiful if we are not healthy.

What if we could use the "difficult people" in our lives to learn how to live in the moment? Difficult people have been for most of us the bane of our existence. They annoy, hassle, and irritate us and provoke various degrees of unhealthy reaction. What few of us have realized is that they also mirror our own dysfunctional mental states and provide an opportunity to heal them. In Difficult People, Lisette Larkins tells how providing care for an Alzheimer's patient clearly showed her the inherent resistance in the way every mind objects to what is. It's the root cause of all our anguish and mental suffering. By observing its operation in her "difficult person," Larkins clearly saw the same mechanism alive within herself. The result is an intensely personal exploration of how everyday problems and the DP's in our lives can act as a catalyst for spiritual awakening. For Lisette Larkins, it was by being totally present and non-reactive that she could provide her patient with the needed care. This eventually became for her a "chronic state of well-being, one which we can all attain by practicing presence"

After her initial surprise at being contacted by extraterrestrials, for more than three decades of contact experiences, Lisette Larkins has been implementing her ET mentors' counsel. As a result, she lives a dream life in Malibu, California, training at Cross Fit, volunteering with her therapy dog Kelly, writing new books, speaking and lecturing on abundance creation, creating new projects, and enjoying a life filled with laughter, abundance, and joy!
